Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree. Masters degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Field Distribution Teams responsible for Commodity distribution through E Voucher Shops in their designated operation areas.
∎ Ensure Mobilization is done prior to the Planned Distribution date in Block, Sub-Block door to door.
∎ Participate in the assessment of community/beneficiary needs and resources, collection of base line data to assist in project implementation.
∎ Following the agreed plan of action, implement the program to schedule, reporting any delays and deviations immediately.
∎ Initiate and manage the beneficiary registration and verification processes.
∎ Ensure redeem of E Vouchers to participants are accurate and according to the criteria.
∎ Submit distribution plans to Food Assistance Coordinator / Line manager for review and approval.
∎ Prepare E Voucher distribution plan for the relevant beneficiaries.
∎ Plan and monitor all field activities, i.e. appointments, meetings, Voucher / food distributions, monitoring and beneficiary follow-ups.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of program processes is upheld, i.e. distribution plans, beneficiary lists, Voucher/Cash requisition, distribution reports, working with all stakeholders.
∎ Prepare timely and accurate periodic reports as required by Senior Food Assistance Coordinator.
∎ Assist the Senior Food Assistance Coordinator to prepare timely and factual annual, quarterly, and monthly management reports, and other reports as needed.
∎ It is mandatory to take care all the information especially the key documents and back up the information on regularly basis.
∎ Establish list of E Voucher Redemption / Cash-transfer activities and track the completion of each activity.
∎ Establish list of E Voucher Redemption / Cash-transfer beneficiary by gender per activity.
∎ File all contracts and agreement with communities
∎ Work closely with the Sr. Food Assistance Coordinator to ensure timely procurement and delivery of project resources. Ensure appropriate paperwork is provided
∎ Assist Line Manager to handle community complaint promptly and responsibly. Ensure all complaints are registered and filed. Record action taken to resolve complain.
∎ Liaise with CIC, Camp Coordination, Donor counterpart, Government and other stakeholders and represent World Vision in the area of project implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 5 years’ experience in the sector of Cash / Voucher Based Programming, Relief or Development with some expertise in logistics / procurement.
∎ Experience in field work and working with Refugee communities to achieve development initiatives.
∎ Experience in registering beneficiaries and Voucher, Cash distribution.
∎ Experience in project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing useful.
∎ Experienced in the development of community awareness campaigns and the ability to manage meetings with CIC, Camp Coordination & Management, community leaders, government officials, NGOs and other stakeholders (ensuring gender balance in participation).
∎ Good in communication, interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Salary: Tk. 110000 (Monthly)
