Experience:
HSC or Equivalent in any discipline from any reputed college or institute.
Knowledge:
Knowledge on data collection, supervision, coordination, monitoring, reporting and safeguarding
Knowledge on people management
Skills:
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment
Effective communication and presentation skills
Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel)
Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills
Excellent organization, and coordination skills

Field Assistant will support to Senior Project Officer by collecting and disseminating information from Play Watch Video to the Play Labs in the camps to smoothly roll out HPL activities.
Build up the awareness of beneficiary regarding the protection and self-care
Develop the capacity of Community and beneficiary Volunteer
Maintain regular field visit and show the video contents to the Play Labs
Maintain the stocks of IT equipment and keep records
Make sure the camp administration activities according to the project need
Participate in the refreshers training for capacity development
Prepare daily report to the relevant authority regarding center activities
Disseminate different life skill messages to the beneficiaries
Arrange monthly, quarterly meeting with community and beneficiary
Decorate center focused on beneficiary/ community culture
Maintain record and update day-to-day status of beneficiary and center
Build positive and effective relationship with the beneficiary and community people
Facilitate national and international visitors and donors for visiting purpose in the camps
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
