∎ To have good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with local Government, Govt. health and family planning departments and health facilities, local government representatives, elites and resources as per project design.
∎ To have good facilitation skills to motivate project beneficiaries (adults) on project interventions respecting sensitivity of the project intervention issue on SRHR.
∎ To have a positive attitude, proactive and creative character.
∎ Able to work in team.
∎ Able to live with community at union level.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To actively participate in all stages of the implementation process of the Project. Work as a facilitator, encourager and motivator for the community and maintain liaison with the locally based Government health and family planning department and facilities, Upazila and Union base local government representatives. Facilitate in selecting beneficiaries for forming primary groups, Union Committees and Peoples Institutions.
∎ To Organize project related training and provide related training for beneficiaries on gender equality, women rights, SHRH, MNCH, safeguarding and capacity building issues.
∎ To assist project beneficiaries in maintaining linkage with the local resources. Overall work for improving safe environment for girls and women to enjoy SHRH rights at family, from health facility and in broader community living condition through a sustainable and participatory approach modeling the values of the organization in the community.

∎ Job Context
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI implements community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Netrokona and Sunamganj districts. PARI is going to implement a 5 years' period "SAY SRHR” Project from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2030. This project focuses on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for adolescent and youth girls in selected locations that are rural with high rates of multi-dimensional poverty and deeply entrenched harmful traditional practices (HTPs) that perpetuate inequality and limit to access to the SRHR services. For the well-being of their family and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Kalmakanda upazila under Netrokona district.
∎ The project seeks some contractual Field Animators (FA) to manage the project and drive to achieve the expected results through effective management and implementation of the program activities.
