Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or, related field is preferred.
Job Context:
∎ Reporting to: Line Manager.
∎ Job Location: Jattabari, Mogbazar, Mouchak, Manik Nagar, Wari, Demra, Khilgaon.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Educate the customers to download the company app and confirm the order through app.
∎ Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Visit potential any business to explain company products and encourage purchases.
∎ Answering customers' questions properly about company products.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
∎ Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
∎ Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
∎ Has to be well verse in tech are preferred successfully completed sales opportunity and achieved daily order/delivery/sales collection target.
∎ Creating a new shop customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Orders need to be generated through stores by EkkBaz APP Maintain a strong relationship with the shopkeeper and dealers Identify the stores need.
∎ Collecting orders through EkkBaz APP and delivered products to Modi Dokan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla with a strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of app use. Must have own smart phone and internet.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
