Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers and provide them with information about products
∎ Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
∎ Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise
∎ Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets
∎ Participate in inventory management and replenishment activities
∎ Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
∎ Work Place : Jumuna Future Park , Wholesale Club.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ From 10 Am To 9 Pm Everyday weekends and holidays.
∎ Previous experience in a jewelry store or related field
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
∎ Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
∎ Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
∎ Familiarity with jewelry products and industry trends
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Monthly salary of 10,000 BDT
∎ Commission on each sale ( For every 1000 Taka worth of sales, you will receive a commission of 50 to 100 Taka. )
