Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Position: Executive Officer
∎ Location: Sylhet, Zindabazar
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
∎ Coordinate and prioritize executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents for executive team members.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external - including clients, partners, and vendors.
∎ Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
∎ Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed by the executive team

∎ Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant.
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
∎ Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
∎ Attention to detail and high level of discretion.
∎ Should be able to handle multiple tasks
