∎ professional with good command in English. Min. 3 years' work experience in similar industry is mandatory.

∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Basic responsibility of daily account maintenance as per accounts/audit rules
∎ Knowledge of tally, general ledger, preparing financial statement & report
∎ All types of books of account cash book, ledger book, and journal voucher book,
∎ reconciliation, balance sheet etc. write down and maintain.
∎ Stock and inventory management.
∎ Proper maintenance of voucher, cash book and ledger book on daily basis.
∎ Carryout all cash and bank transaction
∎ Organize and ensure all purchase/procurement of materials, equipment and any other
∎ official goods following procedure/policy/Including LC procedure.
∎ Proper maintenance of the stock (fixed, consumable items and stationery) and check
∎ these physically on regular basis.
∎ Ability to deliver work under pressure.
∎ Introduce and continue monthly performance reporting.
∎ Identify areas of inefficiency, areas of potential cost reduction and take necessary
∎ initiatives to improve.
∎ To ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit evidence for
∎ future reference.
∎ Any other tasks can be assigned by Management
