∎ About TPP The Teacher Preparation Programme (TPP) is a unique endeavour of the Aga Khan Academies worldwide. It aims to identify and nurture talented teachers from the host country of the Academy and train them to become International Baccalaureate (IB) certified teachers through a rigorous journey of 18 months in the national and international periphery. TPP allows the fellows to gain hands-on experience in teaching with exposure upto international education standards.
