Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
∎ Hotel Management Diploma, Graduate/ Post Graduate from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Catering, Customer Service, Management, Room Service, Waiter/ Barista
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Motel, Resort, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to help ensure that budget goals are attained.
∎ Ensure that effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented.
∎ Ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventative maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
∎ Ensure staff is delivering excellent customer service and maintain high food and service standards.
∎ Ensure that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are consistently utilized.
∎ Help to plan external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities.
∎ Ensure that specials are understood by servers and are being promoted.
∎ Ensure that state, federal and company regulations are consistently adhered to pertaining to alcoholic beverages and food safety.
∎ Implement and monitor consistency of food and beverage policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor purchase and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases.
∎ Greet guests and oversee actual service on a regular basis to ensure consistency of service.
∎ Assist with the development of wine list and bottle/glass wine sales promotion programs.
∎ Assist with staff recruitment, training and motivation.
∎ Implement on-going professional staff development and training programs for food menu.
∎ Ensure correct handling procedures to minimize breakage and food waste.
∎ Respond to guests queries and complaints and take corrective action.
∎ Assist in planning and implementing of procedures for holiday events and banquet functions.
∎ Responsible for the proper accounting and reconciliation of Point of Sale systems and revenues.
∎ Maintains appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities
∎ Ensure that employees adhere to set uniform standards according to policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain health, hygiene and safety standards in the food and beverage outlets.
∎ Ensure that cleaning and side work is completed on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure that food and beverage personnel documents, corrective action forms, attendance forms etc are up to date and forwarded to the concern departments.
∎ Assist with the remodeling, refurbishment and other building design enhancements related to the food and beverage department.
∎ Ensure the implementation and development when ever required the present SOP of F&B.
∎ Assist with month-end inventory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least five years' experience in a five star business hotel property as an F&B Manager.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of food & beverage products.
∎ Must have refined skills in public relations.
∎ Must have typing skills, Windows XP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
∎ Stock Control System, POS System.
∎ Ability to communicate with all levels of Staff and Guest.
∎ Fluency in English writing and speaking.
∎ Familiar with F&B SOP, JD etc.
∎ Ability to train the staff to develop their skill as per requirement.

Salary:
