We are a trend led High Street fashion supplier with our own factories in Asia employing 10,000 staff working with some of the top retailers in Europe. We require a Designer to work from our Dhaka Office who is dynamic, talented, enthusiastic, and determined with an eye for Street Trends.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proven work experience as a Fashion Designer 

2. Proficient with Adobe suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)

3. Work with the design team to create best-selling styles for seasonal collections.

4. Research colour and style trend analysis and communicate to the Product Development team via samples and trend boards.

5. Create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art / illustrations.

6. Create design and concept boards to communicate seasonal direction.

7. Select textiles and colour, graphics/prints, materials, fit, and trims for best-selling styles.

8. Lead fittings and work closely with sample section team to follow up developments execution step by step.

9. Should have ethnic wear designing experience.

10. Should have experience in designing dresses.

11. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

12. Should have knowledge about fabric types and sources related to ethnic wear.

13. Should have knowledge about designing ethnic motifs, graphics, embroidery stitch detail, print variation etc.

14. Any other task assigned by management.
