- Design innovative and visually appealing collections for Men, Women, and Kids, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on global and local fashion trends to influence new collections.
- Develop designs reflecting current trends, local lifestyles, and market demand.
- Oversee the creation of samples, ensuring design precision, fit, and quality control.
- Prepare detailed design specifications, including sketches, material selection, and color schemes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals and customer expectations.
- Participate in fashion events and exhibitions to promote the brand and establish industry connections.
- Monitor production timelines and maintain quality standards throughout the design process.
- Price styles based on market analysis and cost structures.
