Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team at showroom. you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth through building rapport with customers and close sales.Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed and accurate information about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and an updated understanding of the catalog.
• Process sales transactions and handle various payment methods.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing showroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Stay informed about market trends, new arrivals, and competitor activities.
