Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage fashionable ladies bag designs using PU leather and synthetic materials·
∎ Prepare costing sheets for new product developments
∎ Coordinate, communicate and connect with international buyers/customers·
∎ Have strong communication with accessory suppliers and ability to manage sourcing·
∎ Handle production follow-ups and ensure timely sample developments·
∎ Collaborate closely with the production team to meet quality and delivery timelines·
∎ Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers (for managerial roles)·
∎ Liaise with design, development, and production teams for smooth workflow
∎ Job Location Corporate Office at Dhaka and Factory at Valuka Zone.
∎ Key Responsibilities:·
