Responsibilities & Context:
Candidates having relevant Overseas experience will get preference.
Supervision and Management:
Leading and directing irrigation teams, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
Training and mentoring team members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
System Management:
Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of irrigation systems (pipes, sprinklers, valves, controllers, pumps, etc.).
Troubleshooting and repairing irrigation system components.
Adjusting irrigation schedules based on crop needs, weather conditions, and other factors.
Monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments.
Operational Tasks:
Reading and interpreting landscape and irrigation plans.
Using tools like wire locators and valve locators.
Maintaining accurate records of materials, work completed, and manpower deployment.
Ensuring proper maintenance and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinating with other teams (e.g., landscaping, maintenance) and project managers.
Communicating with customers regarding system performance and any issues.
Preparing reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resource needs.
