Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage operations: Oversee the farm's daily operations and ensure they run smoothly.
∎ Hire and train staff: Recruit, train, and supervise farm employees.
∎ Monitor poultry health: Ensure the poultry are healthy and well-being.
∎ Develop protocols: Create and implement protocols for biosecurity, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.
∎ Manage finances: Manage the farm's budget and financial performance.
∎ Ensure compliance: Make sure the farm complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
∎ Collaborate with others: Work with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep the farm running smoothly and profitably.
∎ Monitor production: Keep track of feed and water consumption, egg production, and hatch rates.
∎ Maintain biosecurity: Put in place strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
∎ Interested Candidates MUST have hands on Experience in POULTRY FARM Operation and Management.
