Educational Requirements:
∎ Master/Bachelor/Diploma in Agriculture/Fisheries/ Veterinary/ Economics/Statistics/Accounting/Management/Finance from any reputed University/Institutes.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Must have strong operational capacity in indoor and outdoor management of high density Agricultural farm with 10-15 years practical work experience in the related field.
∎ Job Location
∎ ARMA Agriculture Limited,Ashulia,Savar, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to handle and execute the indoor and outdoor operations of Agricultural farms.
∎ Have to handle all officers and workers of insides the Agriculture farm.
∎ Have to handle the purchasing team with close monitoring.
∎ Maintain and monitor the office management or administration and general accounts of this farm.
∎ Prepare appropriate planning and execute for business development.
∎ Strongly execute the management policy to achieve the farm's goal.
∎ Prepare requirement wise reports and present to Chairman or designated officers of ARMAGROUP.
∎ Any others task assigned by the top management or authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-15 years practical work experience in farm management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in agricultural product management.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel & any required software.

Salary: Negotiable
