Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have Bachelor of Science in Agriculture / Master of Science in Agriculture (concentration / major in Agronomy Soil Science, Agricultural Extension ,Entomology, Plant Pathology, Seed Technology, Genetics & Pant Breeding) with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an annual action plan and implementation accordingly. Supervise 160-240 acres of land per year.
∎ Assist to the SS/TA (production) for target wise suitable land/block selection and given final approval. Supplied quality inputs according to demand and ensuring the utilization.
∎ Conduct farmer's training & randomly checked 10% of plot which is visited by SS/TA. Provide technical support for quality seed production and evaluation the production activities by monitoring.
∎ Staff development by meeting, training, coaching & and ensure accountability of the staff. Randomly PI check should be confirmed for better adjustment of male and female parent.
∎ Take necessary steps such as rouging, isolation, R line transplanting in boarder area & chatal management to maintain the genetic purity of seed and seed quality.
∎ To ensure GA3 dose selection and proper spraying & conduct supplementary pollination on time and make a schedule for seed harvesting, threshing & drying.
∎ Before weighting of seeds farmer lot wise sample should be check for avoiding admixture.
∎ Analyzing profit/loss, keep update all official documents and monthly report sent to the supervisor timely. Security of all BRAC's assets.

∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Experience in Hybrid Rice Seed Production through contract framing system
