∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
∎ Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Two years breeder farm working experience above required.·
∎ Good English communication skill preferred·
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, shall understand simple English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the care and wellbeing of dairy cows, including feeding, breeding, and healthcare.
∎ Implement best practices for milking procedures, ensuring milk quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
∎ Monitor herd health and promptly address any issues such as illness or injuries.
∎ Develop and implement vaccination schedules, parasite control programs, and other preventive healthcare measures.
∎ Plan and oversee daily farm operations, including feeding schedules, cleaning routines, and maintenance tasks.
∎ Manage inventory of feed, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
∎ Maintain accurate records of animal health, milk production, breeding, and other relevant data.
∎ Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize farm productivity and profitability.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise farm staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
∎ Schedule work assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to established protocols.
∎ Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, safety, and productivity.·
∎ Develop and manage budgets for farm operations, including expenses related to feed, labor, equipment, and veterinary care.·
∎ Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.·
∎ Prepare reports and provide regular updates to farm owners or management regarding financial status and performance metrics.·
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to dairy farming, animal welfare, and food safety.·
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements.
∎ Implement environmental sustainability practices and participate in programs aimed at reducing the farm's environmental footprint
