∎ The Factory Sourcing and Capacity Development Specialist is accountable for assisting the company in creating strong relationships with factories and maintaining the existing ones to secure capacity for ZXY and long-term plan in ensuring the company`s supply chain remains in alignment with the needs of the company. The responsibilities include sourcing factories at competitive product expertise, compliances, capacity, prices and advising management on which suppliers to contract with.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively assist in the development of sourcing strategies that are aligned with business and program needs, and then drive execution of those strategies while ensuring quality, delivery, capacity, and cost targets are met or exceed expectations.
∎ Build the sourcing matrix and supplier alignment by product category
∎ Develop and secure individual supplier's product capability based on the long-term plan bottleneck analysis
∎ Evaluate our existing business partners portfolio to optimize sourcing needs and align with our customer groups to facilitate onboarding of new suppliers

∎ Drive and facilitate regional sourcing and capability development roadmap and ensure a diverse supplier portfolio.
∎ Source suppliers and maintain long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers
∎ Secure the due diligence and provide orientations to new suppliers to develop required knowledge to become our business partner
∎ Keep updated with industry innovation, investments, and capability developments initiatives to secure a diverse supplier portfolio
∎ Maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations
∎ Implement inventory optimization strategies within the company
∎ Obtain quotes from different suppliers, assess, and compile a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns
∎ Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers
∎ Work with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation
∎ Generate quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes
∎ Provide solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing
∎ Secure seasonal capacity for ZXY by conducting month level bottleneck analysis in detail (early production demand) and take necessary steps to mitigate the bottleneck
∎ Develop and secure individual supplier's product capability based on the long-term plan bottleneck analysis
∎ Role will be under the Production & Manufacturing team hence need to conduct a preliminary assessment of the supplier factories to ensure compliance to ZXY's ethical standards and ensuring any non-compliances are corrected in a timely manner

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' hands-on experience on Supplier/Factory Sourcing, Capacity Management in a reputed Liaison or Sourcing office
∎ Having experience or knowledge of factory compliance audit and standards would be an added advantage
∎ Must have strong networking ability and outreach with manufacturers across Bangladesh
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships
∎ Should have a hands-on approach to work
∎ Should be well-groomed and energetic
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized to meet deadlines
