∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall safety and security system of the factory
∎ Ensure all security guards & Fire Fighters are vigilant
∎ Ensure medical staffs are available/alert/working at medical centre
∎ Ensure Boiler, Compressor & generator operator are at his workplace
∎ Ensure surveillance at control room is operational in the right manner
∎ Ensure all people are working at respective workplace (As per whiteboard list)
∎ Ensure that all walk or other paths are clear for emergency fire fighting
∎ Reduce/Stop the unnecessary usage of Electricity, Water, etc,
∎ Visit all production area, dormitory, toilets, kitchen and coordinate non-conformity
∎ Randomly check first aid box (properly equipped)
∎ Report and coordinate housekeeping non conformities
∎ Report any kind of non-Conformity which are found/observed in the organization
∎ Take leadership in any emergency situation (Example: fire incident, accident, sickness etc.)
∎ Solving Non-Conformities by discussing with related person/department/division.
∎ Ensure overall adherence of company policies and procedures.
∎ Make record of all observations and discuss to solve/improve them with concern division heads in the next day or on next day shift duty (as per priority).

∎ Candidate should be experienced in any manufacturing concern
