Experience: 

• Previous experience in a factory management role, ideally within the chemical, construction, or related industries, is essential. 

Technical Knowledge: 

• Deep knowledge of construction chemical applications and concrete technology is a major advantage. 

Leadership: 

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate staff. 

Communication: 

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with different departments, management, and staff. 

Problem-Solving: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address production and operational challenges. 

Organizational Skills: 

• Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

Compliance Awareness: 

• Thorough knowledge of local labor laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations in Bangladesh. 

Production and Operations: 

• Oversee and manage all factory activities to ensure maximum efficiency, production, service, and profitability. This includes ensuring smooth operations across all departments, meeting production targets, and minimizing waste. 

Quality Control: 

• Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process to meet customer requirements and organizational goals. 

Regulatory Compliance: 

• Ensure the factory operates in compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including licensing, pollution control and other relevant regulations in Bangladesh. 

Team Management: 

• Lead, manage, and motivate the factory team to foster a productive and collaborative environment. This includes staff development, training, and performance management. 

Safety and Health: 

• Focus on plant safety and the health of employees, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment. 

Technical and Maintenance: 

• Ensure the technical efficiency of machinery and production processes, including implementing and overseeing maintenance schedules. 

Administration and Coordination: 

• Handle the smooth administration of the plant and coordinate between various departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products. 

Strategic Input: 

• Contribute to the overall development and performance of the factory, meeting both personal and team targets to achieve organizational objectives.
