Khadiza Textiles is a growing textile manufacturer specializing in high-quality fabrics and dyes. With a strong commitment to innovation, efficiency, and quality, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead our factory operations and ensure smooth, cost-effective production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, inventory, and compliance.

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets within defined cost and quality parameters.

• Supervise and guide department heads (production, QC, maintenance, store, HR within factory).

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, raw materials, and machinery to maximize efficiency.

• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Enforce safety standards, compliance, and environmental regulations within the factory.

• Control operational costs, energy usage, and wastage while improving process efficiency.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous training of staff.

• Coordinate closely with General Manager/Management on production targets, cost analysis, and profitability.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, technology, and workforce productivity.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of proven experience in textile or fabric manufacturing (woven/dyeing/printing/finishing).

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams of supervisors, operators, and workers.

• In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices.

• Solid understanding of factory compliance, safety, and labor management.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
