∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Diploma in Business Studies, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Factory managment,production manager,factory manger
∎ Skills Required: accurate record keeping, Any time Work ability, Budgeting Cost Estimation, Business Operations Support, Computer Operating, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Risk Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Administration, factory management, Factory Operation, Production Management (Finishing), production mannager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Chemical Industries, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manpower Recruitment, Public Relation Companies, Packaging Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
∎ Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control.
∎ Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ The ability to multitask.
∎ Outstanding time management skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong management and leadership skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Excellent increment of salary after successful completion.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
