Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly factory production, stock reports and management information reports.
Collect, verify, analyze, and consolidate data related to production, inventory, sales, purchase and dispatch.
Maintain accurate MIS records of manufacturing operations, raw materials, finished goods, and wastage.
Coordinate with Production, Store, Inventory, Supply Chain, Quality Control, and Accounts departments to ensure data accuracy.
Prepare VAT return and online submission in time.
Ensure timely submission of factory reports to management and maintain proper documentation of Purchase, Production & Delivery and stock thereof.
Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements in reporting systems and processes.
Prepare & report of data movements of Purchase, production, delivery & closing stock daily basis.
Maintain proper documents & register relating to VAT.
