∎ BBA, MBA/BA Hon's ,MA or equivalent (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person/s should be smart and have good convincing capabilities against customer queries.
∎ Identify the customer's need.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Prepared report weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish successful marketing platform.
∎ Willing to do work as per management order for sales planning.
∎ Develop and manage a research-based brand Communication strategy (Indoor & Outdoor)
∎ Develop and execute brand campaigns (Planning, preparing and executing monthly offline ad schedule) and PR Management
∎ Project Site Branding (Upcoming, under construction and Completed Projects)
∎ Source, appoint and manage different vendors/agency to ensure on-time delivery of different offline sales and marketing tools.
∎ Planning, Organizing and executing all external and internal events. Measure & report on success
∎ Manage Head Office Branding and Outdoor branding
∎ Keep the Website up-to-date about Construction Status of all under construction projects
∎ Conduct consumer and market research

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Developer, Development Agency, Real Estate
∎ The ability to manage and allocate budgets.
