• Develop and manage a research-based brand Communication strategy (Indoor & Outdoor)

• Develop and execute brand campaigns (Planning, preparing and executing monthly offline ad schedule) and PR Management

• Project Site Branding (Upcoming, under construction and Completed Projects)

• Source, appoint and manage different vendors/agency to ensure on-time delivery of different offline sales and marketing tools.

• Planning, Organizing and executing all external and internal events. Measure & report on success

• Manage Head Office Branding and Outdoor branding

• Keep the Website up-to-date about Construction Status of all under construction projects

• Conduct consumer and market research
