Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate/MBA in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
∎ Optimum use of cash for Debt Service & Cash concentration
∎ Track the trade related payments and negotiate on rates & pricing
∎ Maintain relationship with Bank
∎ Fund raising: Plan for fund raising either through debt or equity
∎ Risk management: monitor interest rate changes, foreign currency fluctuations & advise for hedging
∎ Advise on liquidity aspects of short- and long-range planning
∎ Reporting - Provide report on market conditions & funding issues, etc.
∎ Maintain relationships with credit rating agencies
∎ Assist on the liquidity aspects of short- and long-range planning
∎ Gradually develop a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Bank & treasury activities
∎ Other assignments to be assigned by management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Two to three years of full-time experience in Treasury & Bank management. Candidates from financial institutes are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent understanding on MS Office package.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

∎ Negotiable, based on experience & qualification of the Candidate
