∎ Job Overview:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistic Manager to join our team. The Logistic Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of logistics and product delivery operations, ensuring the smooth and timely transportation of our products from the factory to the designated destinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize product delivery operations.
∎ Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
∎ Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to negotiate favorable terms and secure cost-effective transportation solutions.
∎ Plan and schedule product shipments based on customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing transportation costs.
∎ Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
∎ Resolve any logistical issues or delays in product delivery promptly and effectively.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation costs.
∎ Lead and supervise a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
∎ Inspect project site by visiting sites, road inspections before product delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience (8 years) in logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
∎ Strong understanding of customs regulations and shipping documentation requirements.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
∎ Leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing a team.
