Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 3 years of experinece on related field

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
∎ Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
∎ Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
∎ Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
∎ Conduct training sessions for Associates & other employee groups as per schedule.
∎ Carry out pre & post assessment of trainees to measure training effectiveness.
∎ Assist EPIC University & HR team in the monthly selection process of new associates.
∎ Assist Compliance team for audit and documentation part.
∎ Comply with all EPIC University code of conduct to maintain the professional standard.
∎ Review new training methods & suggest improvements to the existing training programs.
∎ Keep self-updated in relevant EPIC University courses, business priorities, latest HR/ training trends.
∎ Liaison with buyers, INGO’s and vendors and arrange training.
∎ Carry out any other relevant work as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Salary: Negotiable
