Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an energetic and analytical Supply Chain Management professional to support and streamline our procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations within the automobile and renewable energy sectors. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role will ensure materials and services are available as needed, at optimal cost and time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement of raw materials, automotive parts, equipment (including electric vehicle components and renewable energy systems), and maintenance supplies.

  • Source and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers - focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels across workshops, showrooms, and logistics centers.

  • Process purchases orders and maintains accurate documentation for incoming supplies, stock movements, and payments.

  • Work closely with Production/Workshop, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams to forecast and meet material demands.

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and maintenance teams to enhance storage, handling, and utilization processes.

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving, efficiency, and lead-time reduction opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, organizational standards, and relevant regulations.

  • Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
