The Executive/Sr. Executive (Sales, Spare Parts) is responsible for driving sales of spare parts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving set sales targets. The individual will manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and support business growth by expanding market reach and maintaining product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for spare parts in assigned regions or territories.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
• Negotiate sales terms and pricing with clients to ensure profitability.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure follow-up.
• Offer spare parts solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
• Regularly visit clients to assess their needs, present new products, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding product availability, delivery, or quality.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor pricing strategies of competitors and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Participate in promotional activities, such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product demos.
