∎ Age 24 to 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ **Must understand process & calibration instruments like – gas analyzers, Temperature & Humidity transmitter, Dataloggers, foggers, flow meters etc.
∎ **Have knowledge and experience on pharma machinery like: incubators, ovens, BSC, LAF, isolators, Autoclaves etc.
∎ **Know about consumables related to validation & calibration process like Biological Indicators, pH standards, conductivity standards etc.
∎ **Completes Installation & IQ/OQ as per Pharmaceutical Standards
∎ Candidate answers inquiries from new clients, received through phone calls and company email. Ensuring all clients calls, email and personal inquiries are promptly and efficiently handled to achieve targets and objectives by maximizing sales opportunities.
∎ Does prospecting and qualifying of sales leads, sends letters of introduction and makes sales calls and sales presentations to shortlisted leads and previous customers
∎ Sells Instruments by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Visits clients in order to understand their requirements and sends a quotation as per their URS/ request
∎ Shares client's requirements and needs with Department and Admin in order to complete the sales.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
∎ Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Shortlists leads through phone calls or through an email to introduce and determine whether the organization or company has any requirements.·
∎ Make company visits to shortlisted accounts, discussing the services offered by the company
∎ Make new business leads by introducing new instruments or new business accounts
