  • 2–5 years of experience in bearing industry preferred.

  • Experience in hardware, tools, machinery parts, industrial products, or similar categories will also be considered.

  • Field sales experience and knowledge of dealer/channel sales is essential.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a wide sales territory.

  • Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

  • Good understanding of local markets within assigned regions.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer network, and enhancing the market presence of bearings and related products within the assigned territories. The role requires strong field-based sales skills, relationship building, market visits, and consistent follow-up with retailers, dealers, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the designated territory.
  • Identify, visit, and onboard new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing dealers and ensure strong business relationships.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to monitor sales activities, product availability, and competitor movement.
  • Promote company products and support dealers with necessary sales tools, materials, and guidance.
  • Collect market intelligence on pricing, customer demand, channel performance, and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, route plans, and market insights to the regional manager.
  • Maintain proper product knowledge and provide guidance to dealers regarding product features and benefits.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, trade fairs, promotional events, and brand-building initiatives as required.
