Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell land share projects
Identify prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, property presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to increase sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper documentation and client database
Coordinate with the management and marketing team for sales strategy
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales
