• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Capability of convincing prospects.

• Ensuring land shares sales and flat bookings for the company’s ongoing projects through daily potential buyer visits.
• Attempting to sell membership cards for the company’s ongoing projects through daily potential customer visits.
• Follow up clients regularly and set up meeting with management.
• Intensive practical knowledge in apartment sales and land shares.
• Having basic knowledge in computer program (MS office, Excel).
• Priority have experience in Face book, SMS, WhatsApp others online Digital Marketing.
• Any others responsibilities set by the management.
