Educational Requirements:

∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from reputed Institution..
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Elevators, Generator, Sub-Station, Solar Sales.
∎ The basic job responsibilities are: Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Searching for new clients and travelling to visit potential clients
∎ Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing & sales executives to enhance team building/ spirit..
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare report as required by management..
∎ Develop and simultaneously create the company's brand image.
∎ Increase market share by developing new business from existing and new customers.
∎ Formulate Strategies 'to achieve the target.
∎ To coordinate with the Head of the management in planning short- and long-term sales plans.
∎ Daily & regular reporting to the management on daily sales & periodical sales activity with performance.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales target & operational budget.
∎ Generating leads for new customers, onboard new sales areas/outlets.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
∎ Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Experience on Escalator/Elevator/Lift/ Generator/ Sub-station & Solar will get priority
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sales & Marketing
∎ Ability to work independently and should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Coordinate with sales team members and other departments.
∎ To arrange collection, forecasting and analysis market data for operating & updating market plan.
∎ Proactive management & planning capacity in marketing.
∎ Interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Able to express himself verbally in English & Bengali. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and time frames.
Salary: Tk. 7000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sales Commission.
