Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire new partners and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ Work independently for the development of higher revenue.
∎ Liaise with inside sales resources on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity.
∎ Partner/Merchant development, pricing, communication, market visit/planning, competitors offering analysis, market demand analysis.
∎ Evaluating important areas and making proper distribution channels.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining the business process according to the client’s SLA.
∎ Designing reports maintaining smooth process and monitoring.
∎ Evaluating the performance of the Team Members and making action plans.
