  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in EV/automobile industry preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.

  • Passion for sustainability and electric mobility.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building brand presence, and creating market opportunities for Electric Vehicles (EV). The role requires a mix of sales execution, business development, customer relationship management, and marketing activities to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV sector.

  • Generate leads, pitch products, and convert prospects into customers (B2B & B2C).

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners for sales execution.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

  • Support in developing promotional materials, social media campaigns, and digital marketing activities.

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Address customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, service, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of EV products, technology, and government policies/incentives.
