Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in EV/automobile industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
Passion for sustainability and electric mobility.
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building brand presence, and creating market opportunities for Electric Vehicles (EV). The role requires a mix of sales execution, business development, customer relationship management, and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV sector.
Generate leads, pitch products, and convert prospects into customers (B2B & B2C).
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners for sales execution.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Support in developing promotional materials, social media campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, service, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain updated knowledge of EV products, technology, and government policies/incentives.
