Responsibilities & Context:
Have to Sale real estate product (Hotel Ownership)
Achieve sales target given by the Management.
Build strong, long–lasting relationships with corporate & home clients.
Lead generate and regular effective follow-up.
Must be able to work / lead a team as well as meet his own targets.
Capable to negotiating price and payment schedules in Real Estate perspective.
Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
Prepare and submit daily works report to supervisor.
Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure and long time.
Ability & Willingness to make at least one thousand phone call in a day.
