Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential clients, including travel agencies and individual travellers.
∎ Send effective sales lead to our overseas network.
∎ Effectively communicate and promote Fits Air services and the relevant product& service of companies.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with existing Travel Agents to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
∎ Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
∎ Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs and interests of clients.
∎ Highlight key features, competitive advantages, and pricing structures.
∎ Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure new business and partnerships. Close sales deals by effectively addressing client needs and objections.
∎ Achieve sales targets which has set up by company.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities through ongoing market research.
∎ Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.
∎ Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts. Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
