Job Context:
We are a fast-growing real estate agency committed to providing trustworthy services and building long-term relationships between property buyers and sellers. The incumbent will play a key role in driving property sales (apartments, plots, and commercial spaces) and will be directly responsible for achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential clients and deliver property presentations.
- Identify new leads and clients through phone calls, social media, and direct visits.
- Present accurate property information, features, and terms to clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the customer care team to ensure after-sales support.
- Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and contribute to sales strategy development.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports with management.
