Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure standards.
∎ Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure that Proptech products and services are functional, reliable, and meet customer requirements
∎ Ensure Proptech products and services comply with industry regulations and standards,
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the quality and efficiency of products and services
∎ Identify and resolve quality issues, implement quality improvement measures
∎ Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the quality control function and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes
∎ Collaborating with customer support teams to address customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries related to product quality
∎ Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the quality control function and driving initiatives to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Experience in Proptech industry will get preference.
∎ Excellent speaking, and communication abilities.
∎ Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
∎ A creative mind with a goal and attention to detail.
∎ Capacity to collaborate and work autonomously.
∎ Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Advanced skills in MS Office, Website Maintenance and Content Quality
