∎ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Operations, Production, R&D Analytical Section, Quality Control, or TS Department in a reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and consistency
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and ethical standards
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and execute all project-related activities for the central R&D Analytical Section across multiple sister concerns of Beacon Pharma ensuring alignment with the Time Responsibility Plan (Gantt Chart)
∎ Collect all necessary documents such as URS, updated drawings, layout, qualification documents from all responsible person/ manufacturer / supplier / vendor for review
∎ Coordinate with all concerned persons to complete all tasks for completing qualification exercise in the target time as per the Gantt chart
∎ Attend all qualification activities for Life Cycle Management of all equipment such as DQ, IQ, OQ, FAT, SAT etc.
∎ Compile all project files per current regulatory Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
∎ Any other job assigned by management
