Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Food Engineering/Food Technology/Food Science/Bakery Science/relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct pre-forming recipe development, sensory evolution and implementation of new bakery products/processes.
∎ Perform lab batch trials.
∎ Perform analysis of products (raw, packaging and finished) using basic bakery-related analytical equipment. That includes: thermal profiling, pH meter, viscosity (various methods), specific gravity, product dimension measurement, texture analyzer etc.
∎ Develop specifications of products (raw, packaging and finished).
∎ Develop new vendor by analyzing and matching with the standards.
∎ Maintain inventory, raise PR for product development materials and prepare consumption report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 6 years’ of experience in Bakery R&D/New Product Development.
∎ Strong in food analytics and technical skills on mixture, oven and others bakery machine operating.
∎ Hard working, innovative and team player.
∎ Incumbent needs to visit factories as and when required.

Salary: Negotiable
