We are seeking a dedicated “Executive/ Sr. Executive -Meet & Greet” who will meet the visitors at the designated locations, greets them, and arranges for transporting them to their destinations maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within our facility.

•  Address guest questions and provide information about services in the area.
•  Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest potential services to management.
•  Demonstrate vigilance and a courteous approach to ensure timely service.
•  Maintain professional relationships with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
•  Handle service issues by identifying the complaint, determining the cause, and implementing effective solutions. Follow up to ensure resolution.
•  Gather insights from guests and stakeholders to improve the meet-and-greet experience continually.
•  Assist in connecting key stakeholders, such as healthcare partners and community leaders.
