Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments
∎ Expected to be Target Oriented with related to sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments and ensure the sales target
∎ The incumbent will arrange site visit with client
∎ Creating new customer to meet the sales target
∎ Follow up the lead of the customers being given & bring result
∎ Customer Relation Developments
∎ Visit corporate houses & create new prospect group
∎ Business developments & attend client for sales meeting
∎ After sales service provide
∎ Indoor & out door marketing (Apartment sales)
∎ Attend Event/ Fair
∎ Business Promotion
∎ Event Management
∎ Creative Sales
∎ To look after Advertisement & direct sales, product promotion activities
∎ Corporate sales, creative sales planning
∎ Meeting & attend corporate customers
∎ Customer relationship development
∎ monitoring Jr. officer
∎ Monthly sales target achieves
∎ Receive phone calls of advertisement, client appointment fixes up & visit
∎ To look after customer quarries, product promotion activities, council ling with client, corporate sales meeting arrange, Tale-marketing with customer relation develop, site visit with client
∎ Daily sales reporting to supervisor
∎ Assistant works / supporting works & public relation works of to the department head
∎ Receive valued guests/ Land owners/ clients
∎ Attend phone calls clients
∎ Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customers feedback
∎ Attend daily/ weekly department meeting
∎ Attend companies promotional & cultural activities
∎ Others creative sales activities
∎ Others public relation works
