Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented and able to work under pressure.
∎ Ensure the achievement on time for Corporate and Local Sales.
∎ Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
∎ Customer visit with regular follow up and able to handle them independently.
∎ Creates of new corporate/ industrial or group of customer.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Prepare daily work report and submit to authority.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Intention to work and develop career in Real Estate Sector

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both Male & Female are allowed to apply
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
