Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use your extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, specifically in land sales.
∎ Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and stay within budget.
∎ Stay positive and determined to overcome challenges and reach sales goals.
∎ Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing plans.
∎ Build a strong database of potential clients and manage it independently.
∎ Develop and execute strategies to expand sales in the corporate sector.
∎ Communicate effectively with a diverse network of professionals and businessmen to find new customers.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and building relationships.
∎ Lead and supervise the sales team, monitoring their performance.
∎ Stay self-motivated and dynamic in driving sales.
∎ Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
∎ Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge of the real estate market, regulations, and legal requirements
∎ Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other sales-related tools
∎ Analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Salary:
