∎ The post of Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing (Flat Sale) is primarily concerned with sales, marketing, branding and sales leadership across the company on all aspects of the products areas of the company. The Senior Executive will be expected to lead the strategic sales plans and be required to ensure that sales and marketing plans and policies and procedures are implemented.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ Maintain relationship with the customers.
∎ Create a strong data base of prospective customers.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients.
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Attend daily customers and report to close leads.
∎ To achieve sales target and set a new target as well.
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
∎ Visit the apartment with the client for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Develop and manage sales budgets.
∎ Identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Regular Report Generation and Presentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
