Position Overview
The Sales Executive – Key Account Management Team is responsible for creating and managing new and existing accounts to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through inter-departmental collaboration, and driving competitive conversion to the Tata brand.
🔹 Business Development & Sales
Create new accounts/companies and generate sales to achieve assigned targets.
Identify, track, and capture new business opportunities.
Convert competition customers to Tata brand by regular engagement and effective follow-up.
Achieve sales targets and ensure recommended pipeline conversion.
🔹 Customer & Account Management
Maintain liaison with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth.
Build and strengthen relationships with body builders, opinion leaders, and key influencers.
Attend customers via phone calls, ensure visits/ meeting and, create a database and ensure regular follow-up.
Solve customer issues related to service or any other difficulty by collaborating with inter-department teams.
🔹 Market & Competition Activities
Monitor and follow-up on competitor offers and activities to maintain an edge in the market.
Collect and analyze live, lost, and unaware lost deal information for continuous improvement.
🔹 Events & Brand Promotion
Plan, organize, and execute events such as trade exhibitions, Fair’s, demos, customer meets, and service programs.
Ensure Key Action Plan (KAP) effectiveness.
🔹 Reporting & System Management
Maintain, regularize, and update activities in the online sales system.
Follow-up on all opportunities & report to supervisor.
